Banana Oat Pancakes

2 SERVINGS
Ingredients
1 banana
Half cup of milk
2 eggs
1 and half cup of rolled oats
2 tsp. Baking powder
Little bit of vanilla extract
Some sweetener of your choice eg maple syrup (optional)
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth
2. Heat pan on stove and cook pancakes on medium heat
Notes
When frying pancakes, they only need 1-2 minutes on each side.
