Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs of ground beef
1 x Old Elpaso Chili Seasoning Mix
1.2 L Medium Chunky Salsa
680 ml of Tomato Sauce
540 ml of Red Kidney Beans
Directions
1. Brown ground beef in a large deep skillet or saucepan over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes (break apart and stir constantly until thoroughly cooked). Drain.
2. Stir in: seasoning mix, salsa, tomatoe sauce and kidney beans.
3. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish with sour cream, shredded marble cheese and green onions as desired.
